Last night was Arms and Shoulders followed by Ab Ripper X. I have always loved working out my arms and shoulders so I was really looking forward to this routine. I was not disappointed! I've always been a little weak in my triceps so I struggled through most of those movements. I even had to go down to the lightest resistance band in order to do some of the moves. I was able to jump up to the green band for some of the bicep exercises though so I was glad about that. I'm still trying to figure out how maximize my results with the bands. I want to make sure I'm not doing too few or too many reps. I didn't use the tally sheet on day 1, but I recorded everything on day 3 and will continue to do so from here on out.
I was struggling through these - this was the 2nd half of the work out.
It always fun to see what your face is doing when you're pushing through the exercise!
